Privacy Policy
How Dendera Studios collects, uses and protects the information you share through this website. This policy describes the systems actually running on the site. Last updated October 31, 2026.
Draft for review — this page is not final until it has been approved by counsel.
Who is responsible for your information
This website is operated by Factotum Films LLC, doing business as Dendera Studios, based in the Bronx, New York. For anything in this policy, contact info@denderastudios.com.
What this site collects
There are two places on this site that ask you for information: the project inquiry form, and the discovery call booking page. Everything else is either a direct email or phone call, or standard technical logging by the platform that hosts the site.
| Where | What is collected | Where it goes | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| Inquiry form | Name, email, phone, business or brand, service interest, message | Stored in the studio's inquiry database on the site platform, and emailed to the studio | To read and reply to the inquiry and prepare a proposal |
| Discovery call booking | Name, email, company (optional), what you want to cover (optional), chosen time slot | Written into the studio's Google Calendar, with a Google Meet link in the invitation | To confirm the call and send you the joining details |
| Direct contact | Whatever you include in an email or a voicemail | The studio's email inbox and phone records | To reply to you |
| Hosting and security logs | Technical request data such as IP address, browser type and error reports | The site platform's own logs | To run the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults |
The inquiry form
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, phone number, business or brand, the service you are interested in, and a message. All of those fields are required to submit the form. If you would rather not give a phone number, use the email address or phone link on the contact page instead and we will reply by email.
Submissions are stored in the studio’s inquiry database and sent to the studio by email so the inquiry can be answered. We do not sell your information, we do not use inquiry details for advertising, and the form does not send anything to an advertising or analytics provider.
Booking a call
The booking page shows open times from the studio’s calendar. When you confirm a slot, your name, email, optional company and optional notes, with the chosen time, are used to create a calendar event on the studio’s Google Calendar and to email you the invitation and a Google Meet link. Google processes that calendar and meeting data under its own privacy policy.
Analytics, tracking and cookies
No analytics service, advertising pixel, session recorder or other optional tracking is loaded on this site, and the public pages set no cookies of their own. The studio’s hosting platform records technical request data for security and diagnostics.
The full inventory, including what loads from third parties and what is stored in your browser, is on the cookies and tracking page.
The Instagram feed
The homepage shows recent posts from the studio’s own Instagram account, retrieved through Instagram’s API and stored by us so the feed loads quickly. Nothing about your own Instagram account is collected by this site. Post images are served from Instagram’s media servers, which receive the usual technical request data when your browser loads them.
Service providers
We use a small set of providers to run the site and the studio: the application platform that hosts the site, stores inquiry records and sends the studio’s email; a media delivery network for images and film; and Google for calendar and meeting scheduling. Each receives only what it needs for that job.
The site does not currently run a CRM, an email marketing platform, or payment processing. If any of those are added, this policy and the cookie inventory will be updated first.
How long we keep it
Pending reviewInquiry records are kept in the studio’s database until they are deleted, and there is no automatic deletion schedule in place today. Emails remain in the studio’s mailbox under its email provider’s retention. A defined retention period for inquiries should be set and stated here before this policy is published.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing info@denderastudios.com. We will confirm receipt and respond. Deleting an inquiry record is done manually by the studio; there is no self-service account to log into, because this site has no visitor accounts.
Some rights depend on where you live, and the specific statutory rights that apply to this business and its clients should be confirmed by counsel before publication.
Security and children
Access to inquiry records is restricted to the studio, and the site is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Working with clients
When you engage the studio, the proposal for that engagement sets out scope, deliverables and price, and the engagement model is described in the Terms of Service. Pricing starts month to month: Entry-level ongoing social media packages start around $950–$1,000 per month.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date. Questions can go to info@denderastudios.com, or see the accessibility statement if you need this information in another format.
