This website is operated by Factotum Films LLC, doing business as Dendera Studios, based in the Bronx, New York. By using this site or engaging the studio, you agree to these terms.

The text, films, photographs, and design on this site belong to the studio or are used with permission. Client names and logos remain the property of those clients and appear here to identify work the studio produced. Please do not reproduce or reuse site content without written permission.

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. An inquiry starts a conversation; the work itself is defined by a written proposal that sets out scope, deliverables, timeline, and price, and that proposal governs the engagement.

Engagements are month-to-month. Entry-level ongoing social media packages start around $950–$1,000 per month. Standard monthly engagements commonly fall around $2,000–$2,500 per month. Larger productions and more comprehensive engagements are priced separately, quoted per project. Travel, accommodations, and additional production requirements are scoped and quoted separately.

There is no universal minimum engagement and no mandatory three-month commitment.

Monthly engagements can be cancelled with at least 14 days’ notice. Work already in progress, shoot days already scheduled, and expenses already committed are handled as set out in the proposal for that engagement.

You are responsible for providing materials, access, approvals, and feedback on the timeline agreed in the proposal, and for holding the rights to anything you supply to us. Delays in those areas can move delivery dates.

Payment schedule, invoicing, and late-payment terms are set out in each proposal. The studio’s standard terms should be confirmed and stated here before publication.

Ownership and licensing of finished deliverables, raw footage, and project files are defined in the proposal for each engagement. The studio’s standard position on licensing, exclusivity, and archival footage should be confirmed with counsel and stated here.

Unless agreed otherwise in the proposal, the studio may show completed work in its portfolio, on social media, and in proposals. Clients should confirm the permission language used for their projects before this page is published.

This site links to third-party platforms, including Instagram and film-hosting pages used to deliver project galleries. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies, and the studio is not responsible for their content or availability.

The site is provided as it is, and the studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Limitation-of-liability wording and the governing law and venue for disputes should be confirmed with counsel before publication.
